Being a London wedding photographer, I know this city so well and I love the iconic spots just as much as the small streets and the quiet hidden gems of London. And after these years I still get excited to plan a shoot around London.
When B & J contacted me about a wedding anniversary shoot, I know it has to be a very special one. They are fellow romantics at heart, with a proposal in Verona on a balcony overlooking the Ponte Pietra bridge, followed by their dream wedding in Tuscany. B & J have a passion for travel and are connected to many beautiful places.
For their wedding anniversary they wanted to have pictures by iconic London spots. We met up at sunrise as this is the most magical time to take pictures. The streets are calm and quiet, and the light is beautiful and soft. We only had to share the streets with the early runners as the city was slowly waking up and coming alive. We started by the Millennium Bridge, St Pauls Cathedral followed by Tower Bridge and the Houses of Parliament and finished off the shoot at Hyde Park with some tea and lunch. It was an absolute pleasure creating these images for this very special couple!

The wonderful response from B & J:
‘Oh my goodness this is absolutely incredible! Thank you so so much!!! I may have given a little scream when I saw it! You are so talented! We’re having such a lovely time looking through them! They’re absolutely beautiful! There are so many we want to print to have in our home!!
We had the absolute best time- it was so so much fun!! You are so lovely to work with and put us right at ease even in the middle of London! And I definitely miss wandering around in my dress- my jeans just aren’t cutting it!
Thanks again for such a wonderful day, we had such a brilliant time with you!
Xxxxxxx’
