I love photographing people in love and engagement shoots are a definite favourite of mine. Zaneta and Erich are living and working in London and they wanted to have their engagement shoot in the city they both love. They first met at Piccadilly Circus and as their friendship deepened, they started dating after a year. They are a very sweet and affectionate couple; they love snuggling up on a sofa, watching movies, cooking together and have long walks in the parks. The proposal was heartfelt and romantic; Erich invited the whole family for a dinner and during the meal he kneeled down and proposed to Zaneta. It was a real pleasure to capture these London engagement images and we even managed to make them more special by having the photo shoot on Zaneta’s birthday.
What I love about London so much is that no matter which way I start walking, I always discover something new, pretty backstreets and buildings or a small park. I met up with Zaneta and Erich by St Pauls Cathedral and walked around the surrounding area. We chatted about the stories of how they met and some of their favourite holidays and adventures together. It is such a wonderful thing to be able to stop and appreciate each other and the journey so far!
Kind words from Zaneta & Erich: ‘Eva took some beautiful images of our engagement and we cannot recommend her enough! Eva was friendly and professional who made us feel comfortable and beautiful in front of the camera. Thank you, Eva, for the fantastic job!’
