Monica and Nicholas met at university, when Monica enthusiastically organised an event for international students, and the only person who turned up was Nicholas, a born-and-bred Londoner. Their friendship turned into a love story and recently Nicholas proposed in Florence, during a romantic sunset dinner. Monica and Nicholas wanted to celebrate and capture this special time in their lives and decided on a London engagement shoot. London was the first city the lived in and explored together and they had a deep and meaningful connection to it, the same way as to St Paul’s Cathedral. We met at sunrise to avoid the tourists and catch the best light and spent a lovely morning together to create these images.

‘We’ve just looked over the photos together and wanted to say a huge thank you! They’re so beautiful and we love the mix of classic, elegant photos and the photos of us laughing and our personalities coming through. It’s going to be so hard to choose which ones to print!’ Monica & Nicholas
You might be a new couple, or just got engaged or maybe celebrating your anniversary, whatever is your story, taking time to celebrate each other is a wonderful thing to do. I love to spend time getting to know my couples, hear about where and how you met and your journey together so far. I like to make the photo session as personal and meaningful as possible, and work with my couples on ideas on how to best achieve this. I have photographed couples in urban London, beautiful parks, idyllic countryside’s, whatever reflects you best as a couple.
