I am really excited to share Francesca and Joseph’s beautiful Gosfield Hall Wedding! The wedding was held a few days before Christmas and it was a traditional Iranian Sofreh Aghd wedding ceremony. This was the first Iranian wedding I photographed, and I was completely taken by the wedding rituals and rich and symbolic details. Each item of the spread such as the mirror, honey, spices, sugar cane, nuts have important meaning to make sure that the couple’s new life will be blessed, happy and strong. There were so many beautiful and meaningful details of this celebration, Francesca wore her mother’s wedding dress which was refitted to her and some gorgeous family heirloom jewellery and my personal favourite was the traditional knife dance before cutting the cake.

‘These photos are INCREDIBLE. We were so happy looking through them and reliving the day through such a beautiful lens. We are so so excited to have these special pictures and also about special memories taking them. Thank you again, times a million!’ Francesca & Joseph
